Running with dogs

A lot of people ask me how I run with so many dogs. Generally I run with 3 or 4. For those that are curious, this video goes through a couch to 5k run (I'm trying to get back up to 10k+ again.) There are a number of cues that are handy to teach your pups when doing this. Best to work your pup up to long distances. They can get injured from pushing too much too fast just like we can.
